INFIACT has expertise in supporting a wide range of customized Secondary (Rechargeable) and Primary Batteries, with a capacity range from 50mAh to 80Ah for a wide range of applications. We have strategic tie-ups with global partners for manufacturing Lithium cells and packs with BIS-approved and NABL- accredited facilities with Battery Management Systems (BMS).
We can also use customers’ specified battery cell brands, such as Panasonic, SAMSUNG, LG, BAK, XTT besides many other renowned brands.

INFIACT has the capability and industry expertise to meet the unique needs of all the OEM’s, as our global partner’s skilled team can design and manufacture custom battery solutions for Lithium-ion, Li-Polymer, LiFePO4 Batteries & Allied systems.
Products are designed by following a strict cell grading process in order to ensure current and voltage protection at the preliminary level.

Rechargeable Batteries (also known as Secondary Batteries) can be recharged and reused from 500 to 1000 times depending on usage. Common Rechargeable battery types include Lithium-ion, Li-Polymer, LiFePO4, Nickel-metal hydride (NiMH), nickel-cadmium (NiCd).

Single-use Batteries (also known as Primary Batteries) are the same as disposable Batteries, which are designed not to be recharged and have to be discarded when flat (or discharged). Common primary Battery types include alkaline, carbon-zinc, lithium, silver oxide and zinc-air batteries.

Secondary Batteries (Re chargeable)

Primary Batteries (Non chargeable)

Lithium Thionyl chloride (Li-SO CL2 ) batteries with 3.6V and capacity up to 35000mAh widely used for AMR , both energy and water meter application.
Lithium coin batteries – CR2032, CR2450, CR1225 for RTC back up with and without solderable tabs (2 & 3 horizontal and vertical tabs)
